Please inform us as soon as an error has occured so that we can sort it out as swiftly as possible. If the error is on the part of The Gift Tank then we will arrange for collection of the incorrect items & delivery of the correct replacements.
Broken / Faulty Products
Please inform us as soon as any breakages or faults are picked up so that we can sort it out as swiftly as possible. Broken products will be replaced, as long as there is stock available and alternatively a refund will be given.
International Repairs & Returns
This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Refunds & Store Credit
Please provide your banking details if you would like to receive the refund back into your account. Alternatively, the credit will be kept in the store for future purchases.
